2025-2026 Scheduling Survey

Please find the scheduling survey. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, availability remains highly constrained. Ice time within the Municipality of Clarington is extremely limited, and scheduling flexibility is essential. Teams should anticipate ice times beginning as early as 4:00 PM on weekdays and, depending on the age group, extending as late as 11:00 PM.

Please fill out every tournament you have scheduled for the 2025-26 so far. Please note Applefest in Clarington is scheduled for the weekend of October 16-19th 2025. We may have CGHA teams playing local teams on Thursday October 16th 2025, please be prepared). U9 Teams will take part in Flamesfest which is January 15-18, 2026. We may have CGHA teams playing local teams on Thursday January 15th 2026, please be prepared).

Special Training

If you have a private ice contract in another municipality or have already scheduled off-ice training on a specific night, please provide the details below. Please refrain from booking any on-ice training until your season schedule has been released, which will be published this summer. Ice availability is extremely limited, and consistent ice blocks may not be accessible each week.
