Rep Fees 2024-2025 Season (Clarington Girls Hockey Association)

Introduction
The fees for our Competitive (Rep) teams are divided into two parts: CGHA Fee Portion + Team Portion. Our aim is to streamline team budgets, reduce workload for team managers, ensure fiscal responsibility, and enhance the player experience.

CGHA Portion (paid on RAMP):
Association fees are paid directly to CGHA via RAMP. These cover expenses such as base ice allocation, tournament costs, provincial bonds, registration fees, insurance, administrative overhead, and additional benefits for players.

CGHA fees include:
Ice
Practice jersey, socks, water bottle, helmet stickers
Flames t-shirt and hat upon commitment
On-ice and off-ice development sessions

Mental performance training 
Tournament fees (Applefest)
Insurance 
Bonds

Team Portion and Payment Schedule
A $500 payment is due upon commitment to cover tournament fees and associated costs.
Each team sets a budget covering team-specific items. Team fees, collected directly by the team, cover expenses like referees, ice time, social events, tournament costs, practice equipment, and administrative fees.

Team budgets will be presented to parents in May, along with the payment schedule for team fees.

By dividing fees into CGHA and team portions, we aim to provide transparency, affordability, and an enhanced player experience while ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization.
