Clarington Girls Hockey Association Annual Meeting
The CGHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on Zoom. Voting will be conducted securely and anonymously using Vote Appa, ensuring fairness and confidentiality throughout the process.
All members are welcome to attend; however, only one vote is permitted per member. In the event that your registrations exceed the number of votes allowed, you will still receive the Zoom link, but the voter email will be sent to the registered email on file with RAMP.
This meeting will be chaired by a lawyer, Steven Indig from Sport Law to ensure fairness and transparency.
